About Robert Harris
British author Robert Harris began his career in journalism, working on BBC news and current affairs programmes including Panorama and Newsnight. He became political editor of The Observer newspaper and later wrote regular columns for The Sunday Times and The Daily Telegraph. In 1992, he published his bestselling first novel, Fatherland, an alternate history where Nazi Germany won the Second World War. His work has been translated into forty languages and he is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Literature.
